Whether you're planning your stay, curious about our policies, or need assistance during your visit, you'll find answers to many of your questions here. 1Why book with Valorias Property?
Our beautifully designed and furnished homes offer a level of comfort and convenience other forms of accommodation simply cannot match. From our state of the art booking system to our 24/7 property management team, each aspect of our service is designed to offer the ultimate in short-term stays.
2Do you allow pets?
We started Valorias to offer fabulous accommodation to all and dogs are most welcome. Most of our properties allow pets but please check the properties page for specifics. We request that pets remain downstairs generally and off soft furnishings please.
3How do we make a reservation?
You can find us on AirBnB, Booking.com and Vrbo amongst others but we always recommend booking directly through our website. It’s quick and easy and will always offer our best rates. If you have any specific requirements, leave us a message or give us a call and we’ll respond.
4How do we make a change to our reservation?
If you need to make a change to your reservation, please contact us by email at office@valoriasproperty.com or by phone on 01275 400 890 and we will accommodate your requests where possible.
5Can we extend our stay?
We will always endeavour to accommodate any requests subject to availability.
6What are your arrival/departure times?
Arrival time is from 3pm onwards and departure time is by 10am. However, we are happy to accommodate slightly differing times by request if possible. Please email us to confirm.
7Can we come and view your home before booking?
Short answer is possibly. We generally offer this service for guests looking to make a medium to longer term booking. Please contact us for further information.
8Do you provide towels & bedding?
Indeed with do. Fresh towels and bedding are changed weekly for guests staying 7 days or longer.
9Do your homes have parking?
Indeed. All of our homes have either off-street parking or on-street parking directly in front of the property.
10Is broadband included in the cost?
Yes, superfast WiFi is provided in all our homes. There is a QR code on the wall to gain quick access to the connection by focusing your phone camera as it.
11Do you cater for families with young children?
Yes. We love to accommodate families and items such as travel cots, highchairs and safety equipment are always stored at each property.
12Are we able to smoke in your homes?
Smoking is strictly prohibited in all our homes.
13Is housekeeping service provided?
Yes, we offer housekeeping service at regular intervals throughout your stay for anyone staying longer than 7 days. Extra cleans can be arranged on request at an agreed cost.
14What happens if we don’t check out on time?
Check out is 10am unless agreed otherwise in advance. If you fail to check out on time a fee may be charged to cover any costs incurred or you’ll bump into our cleaning team entering the property to prepare for our next guests.
15What happens if we lose our keys?
If you are locked out please don’t hesitate to contact our property management team who will be happy to help.
16What if we leave belongings behind?
We can hold any belongings for a specified period of time and arrange return subject to postage costs.
