For homeowners who would like us to help them rent their property
OPTION #1
We become your tenant
Valorias Property Ltd (the Company) becomes your tenant under a company lease agreement and we provide the following benefits:
- Your property is kept in superb hotel-standard condition.
- Your rent is guaranteed by us for the duration of the agreement.
- We take care of any routine maintenance.
- The property is inspected by our cleaning team weekly as a minimum.
- No involvement required from you.
– You can be confident in your return and that your property is being looked after by us.
OPTION #2
Property management
We manage the property as a short term let on your behalf
In this option, we manage the property on your behalf, managing booking, cleaning and linen changes for example as in option 1 but the regular monthly payments can be higher or lower. You would be responsible for the running costs of the property including management, maintenance and utilities.
OPTION #3
We buy your property
We routinely buy properties from landlords on behalf of both ourselves and other landlords.

Guests & Care
Who stays in the property?
Guests generally fall into two main camps whilst staying with us.
The first are those who are visiting friends and family locally or for leisure purposes, enjoying the many wonderful attractions of the South West of England. Our EV charges particularly appeal to continental guests who travel over for short holidays in the area.
The second cohort are those staying away for work purposes throughout the week. We liaise with various local businesses in helping their employees and contractors who need temporary accommodation. They cannot commit to long ASTs as they may be in the area for only a short period of time. That’s where we come in and provide accommodation on a short-term basis to them while ensuring we meet our obligations to you as our landlord or client.
What assurances do you have that the property will be looked after?
Like anything, items can get damaged. However, unlike a regular tenant, we repair and maintain the property whenever an issue occurs. Our guests have to provide ID and sign terms and conditions before staying. As such, issues are rare.
A key difference with us, is that we have guests, not tenants so they have no right to occupy. If there is a problem – we can remove them. Overall, the property has to stay in hotel standard condition or we could not operate as a business so you can rest assured the property will be looked after.
